Building a world where every workplace embraces Jewish inclusivity and allyship, where antisemitism is socially unacceptable, creating safety for Jews in the workplace.

More than just
Antisemitism training

A Holistic Approach
At Jhive, we go beyond a single workshop or one-off training. We take a holistic approach to Jewish inclusion that aligns with your wider EDI goals, creating a roadmap for meaningful, long-term impact. Our approach considers not just awareness, but the broader workplace culture, policies, and practices that shape how Jewish employees experience inclusion every day.

Strategic, not isolated
We don't treat antisemitism awareness as an isolated activity. By understanding your organisational culture, aspirations, and the lived experiences of Jewish employees, we help you see where Jewish inclusivity fits within existing initiatives—and where targeted support can make the biggest difference. This strategic perspective ensures your actions are practical, effective, and sustainable.

From insight to action
We facilitate confidential listening sessions and work with HR and EDI teams to turn insights into actionable policy, process, and internal communications. Our antisemitism awareness training and Jewish cultural competence workshops equip teams and leaders with the knowledge and confidence to support Jewish colleagues effectively.

Guided by the JIWES Standard
All of this is guided by Jhive's JIWES Standard—the UK benchmark for Jewish inclusivity. It helps organisations measure progress, recognise strengths, and take practical steps to improve.

Whether you're starting out or building on existing efforts, Jhive provides the insight, structure, and guidance needed to create a safer, more confident, and genuinely inclusive workplace for Jewish employees.

How is Jhive different to other providers?

Uncompromised Training. Guaranteed Independence

We deliver antisemitism training designed to be apolitical. To protect our independence, we do not accept foundation grants, which can come with ideological conditions. Our funding comes solely from the organisations we train and from individual donors who have no influence over our content or delivery. This ensures your organisation receives objective, expert-led training.

Wide Range of Jewish Inclusivity Support

Beyond antisemitism training. We deliver a range of workshops on Judaism, the Jewish People and Jewish Cultural Competence which is tailored to different sectors. We also offer listening sessions, workplace tools, and an evidence-based standard that helps organisations understand, measure, and improve Jewish inclusivity in the workplace.

Ongoing Support

We provide continuous guidance, follow-ups, and practical tools to help embed Jewish inclusivity into everyday workplace practices.

"If you have the chance to attend one of these sessions, I strongly recommend it, as the most successful businesses are inclusive and diverse, making this a fantastic opportunity to better understand a part of British society."

FAQs

Answers to frequent questions

Q1: What is antisemitism training?

+

Antisemitism training educates organisations on recognising and tackling antisemitic behaviour, prejudice, and harmful stereotypes. It provides practical skills for creating workplaces where Jewish employees feel genuinely included and supported. Training is typically aligned with the IHRA working definition of antisemitism, the most widely adopted framework in the UK.

Q2: Who should attend antisemitism awareness training?

+

Antisemitism awareness training is valuable for anyone in your organisation. It's particularly relevant for HR teams, diversity and inclusion professionals, people managers, and senior leaders. However, all staff benefit from understanding how to be effective allies and contribute to a workplace culture where Jewish colleagues feel respected and included.

Q3: Why is antisemitism training important for employers?

+

Jewish employees deserve to feel safe and valued at work, just like everyone else. Antisemitism training helps organisations identify and address both overt and subtle forms of bias, respond appropriately to incidents, and meet their EDI commitments in a meaningful way. It also helps protect your organisation's culture and reputation in an environment where these issues are increasingly visible.

Q4: Can antisemitism training be tailored to our sector?

+

Yes. We adapt our training to reflect the specific context of your industry, workforce, and roles. Whether you're in financial services, healthcare, education, or another sector, we ensure the content feels relevant and practical for your teams.

Q5: What makes your antisemitism training different from other providers?

+

Our defining feature is genuine neutrality. We deliver antisemitism training completely free from political positioning. You won't hear, or be able to guess, our trainers' views on any political matters. This extends to our funding: we're the only antisemitism charity whose training receives no funding from charitable foundations. This independence ensures there is no external influence on the content or delivery, creating a trusted, open learning environment.

Q6: How do I book antisemitism training for my organisation?

+
